At Godiva's Secret, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible, unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and place it back in the original Godiva's Secret box or a similar protective mailer.
Print & Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
